T25 Alpha, Ab Intervals, W1D4 - I typically wouldn't do 4 days in a row of T25 as in July it was way too much for my body. Today was iffy, but I pushed through. Forgot what occurred in this workout and it was very challenging for me. However, there were no movements here that I had to modify for my motion sickness issues.
